the difference between accountability and negativity. He has no one to blame but himself for things catching up to him in this program, and really only until last week was he willing to even say it was his responsibility. He has tended to talk about the players inability to make plays and the fringe fans as the problem, not to mention all his other ridiculous coach speak. If he thinks he can go somewhere else where he can run a program in “yesterdays” college football environment, make poor hiring decisions, and be better appreciated for a 4-4 record (the money he makes totally aside!) then so be it. Clemson football has and will always survive. Clemson is much bigger than any one person. Hopefully he will channel his misdirected anger toward getting this team ready to win a football game against Notre Dame, rather than losing anymore to punish fans and most importantly make football fun for his players.
