So our Tigers play USC Upstate for the second straight year in the regionals! This is so tough for me because my niece is a starting pitcher for USC Upstate!

I’m so torn with this region and hate it! But got to pull for family first! Basinger pitched for Winthrop last year against Upstate in the Big South Tourney in Rock Hill and my niece pitched against her for Upstate!

Two great pitcher will be going at it again Friday night! But got to pull for the one in Green!

Go Spartans! Go Tigers!

when the Tigers win? You'll have to put on a somber face and tell her and your brother or sister great job, great season. That is a tough situation to be in.

No matter the result I will be proud of her! She’s a h e l l of a competitor! She gives it her all everyday and I have watched grow from travel ball to a 2 time Big South Champion and 2 time NCAA appearances! It will be bitter sweet!

If you get a chance to watch her name is Maddie Drerup! She’s a dang good pitcher hopefully she does well!

I saw her pitch for Fort Mill the year they won the state championship! Glad she's having success at Upstate. Go Tigers!

Yea she was lights out her Senior year at FM. I made the trip to Blythewood for the state championship game as well!

Maybe she will have a great showing (but lose) but then Rittman will recruit her to the Portal and its a Win-win for everyone?
