If the moneyline is +200, the implied odds are roughly thirty percent.
That’s the chance the money is giving Clemson to win.
That doesn’t mean those are actual odds. It means that’s what the money — dumb, emotional money, a lot of it— thinks.

This is not true at all. The sharps haven’t placed their bets yet. They’ll do it tomorrow and rumors are they will be heavy on Clemson.

But you may have better sauces.
I’ll just note that the sharps will not wait on a really good bet. This has held at -5.5 (-105) for at least a week. If it was a value bet, it would have been bid down. No way the money will let a fat bet sit for a week.

I bet a 3 team 10 pt teaser and have already won the first 2 bets. I have Clemson +15.5. I like that, but I wouldnt ever bet much on the game straight up on the moneyline.
