I'm still getting the every 3 hour Spectrum updates my service is out. I got internet back 5+ days ago.

I’m sure if you asked for you bill to be cut by 1/3 to make up for this “outage” they would figure out you were good.

They send those emails so customers won't ask for credit for the time they are without Spectrum's service.
