Good morning, how was everbody's weekend?

Friday: slept late because had a game Thursday, survived hurrirain throughout the day and hurrimist during my game
Saturday: opened a box of goodies sent by a friend that works at TTI, used some of them to make some stuff out of pallets, grilled chicken wings and drank beer
Sunday: church, nice lunch at 5-star Cracker Barrel with wife, dropped in at a drop-in birthday party for 90 year old friend, wound up taking some older ladies for a ride in the VW convertible, played catch with 8 year old

Friday: got off work, took nap because we had a stoopid Friday night game, watched game, went to bed
Sat: nice breakfast with hubby (he cooked), trip over to Ga
and back, watched some football, drank beer, bed
Sun: washed clothes, watched hubby wash and clean my truck, drove to Little Mnt to visit some friends, back home, finished watching the lamecocks lose again, made a stuffed pork tenderlion, drank beer, went to bed.

Getting busy with moving in and organizing.

Friday beat BC by what is to me an astonishing margin, and had pizza supper with family of mumbo and Mumbette, drank a few beers, and just chilled.
Saturday, more house organizing and cleaning out moving boxes. Carried out some furniture to the garage.
Sunday, cooked a big breakfast of bacon eggs, and grits with mimosas and black coffee. Watched Georgia's 5 star QB throw sort of near receivers with amazing velocity. The ball just whistles in a tight spiral, until it hits the ground.
Decided on wedding party choreography for this upcoming weekend's nuptials. Busy week of little stuff to do to continue to get ready.
Do not count on any riveting updates like this for next weekend.

Friday - Chinese takeout dinner, followed by the Tigers' big win. Props to Dabo and Co. for giving me a relaxed football weekend for once.
Saturday - 20-mile run in the rain. Not as bad as it sounds, but not easy either. Watched as the horseshoe finally fell out of UT's heiney. Good game for a neutral. Mrs. PAW made first chili of the fall for dinner. Tasty.
Sunday - watched some of the Chicago marathon, church, recovery workout, nice cool weather. Checked on Tigers in the pros. Vic had a day. Dinner was veggie burgers. Watched a little of the debate. Went to bed early.
Tigers' win - 11/10.
The rest - 7/10.
Average- 9/10. No complaints.

Friday - family went out for bbq in Anderson

went home and watched the game.
Saturday - drove to Columbia for niece's birthday; was the lightest traffic I have ever seen on 26 east in daylight hours. Played bunco with some older folks in the evening and wife profited $2.
Sunday - church and pumpkin picking up. Celebrated wife's birthday and did some front porch sitting.

Didn't have to come into work on Wed or Thur (in Aiken) because of the hurricane. Love me some federal gov't. Got sh!t done.
Friday - took the wife and 3 kids to Mellow Mushroom for supper and watch the Tigers dismantle BC. No MauldinT. A little karaoke after the kids get to bed.
Saturday - Drive to Clemson, lunch at TTT. Walk the campus, which I haven't done in probably 15 years. Get ice cream with the kids and buy some Clemson blue cheese. Find my name on the sidewalk, proving to my kids that I actually graduated and Clemson still claims me. Go to soccer match vs. Nancy State, good guys win 2-0. During the first couple minutes of the game, one of our players rifled the ball out of bounds and ended up hitting some 6 year old in the face. Looked painful, but he ended up being ok. Felt sorry for the little fella.
Sunday - church, Taco Bell, 2 mile walk and take kids to playground to enjoy the beautiful weather and the crowding of coastal evacuees. Watch coots get beat. Watch NFL and drink a couple beers. Bed and up early after 5 days off.

Not bad....
Friday: Judge dropped my charges. Paid monies to cover my night in jail. Never going back there again. Finished watching Luke Cage.
Saturday: Soccer team won 3-0. Watched football all day. Went to Wild Ace dt greer for drinks and FSU game. Met rando chicks, went back to their place after. My friend smashed one and the other one talked to her bf on the phone. Held back desire to pull a Donald Trump.
Sunday: Laid in the lounge chair all day. Watched football, recording of designated survivor, and then the debate circus. (Trump's command of the English language has to be the worst of any candidate ever)
Boss off all week. So gonna be an easy one before Homecoming!!

Friday, watched game with friends. I was pleased to see us blow someone out with seemingly little effort. Then I went and hung out with more friends one of which was getting married the next day and we drank lots of beers till the wee hours of the morning.
Saturday I was up early, got a haircut, ate brunch, went downtown with a few of my groomsmen to get fitted for our suits, and then headed to Barley's for a brew. I then headed home and got ready for my buddy's wedding. The wedding was nice, a short ceremony and a long reception with Lagunitas IPA and Westbrook White Thai to be had in abundance. After the bride and groom left we headed on downtown to Ink and Ivy which is a pretty cool spot. If there had not been hurricane force winds, the roof would have been awesome.
Sunday I slept in late, ate breakfast, napped, then headed to furman to work a volleyball match. Since when does the Citadel have a Volleyball team? I didn't realize there were that many women at the Citadel. Although some of these chicks looked like men. After the game I headed to Costco to shop for the week and then parked my ### on the couch and didn't move until I went to bed at 10.

Watched two games in a hurricane(on TV) while we got 3"or so in RVA on sattidy....Pizza and beer all day.
Yesserday I drove down to the 'lectric city, watched the coots lose,popped some popcorn, opened some vino and watched the Donald take out Hillary.
6/10 had better weekends...

for awhile. Trees and power lines are down everywhere in my neighborhood. I diver over downed power lines on my street to leave. There are three locations withing a couple thousand feet where trees have snapped power lines that feed my street. There was one crew this weekend and they fixed one spot which took them over 24 hours. No telling how long it might be. We are 100 miles from the coast. Fayetteville got slammed too.

Friday, went home from work and immediately cracked a beer, because working with dolts all week requires a certain level of numbing by Friday. 'Twas rainy and nasty outside so I watched Hurricane Boulware for a few hours, then watched Hurricane Matthew until almost 1 am. Hurricane Boulware was by far the more damaging of the two, and way more fun to watch.
Saturday, slept late, got up and did little more than drink coffee, then started watching football on TV. Haven't really done much of that this year at all, so it was kind of fun. Watched every second of Nancy's Tate and the Flattened Irish. Finally around 5:30 cracked a beer and started getting ready for Supper Club. Big fun, went to Mellow Mushroom and food was good, MauldinT did not show up of course. Mrs. Tig was starting to come down with cold or sinus or something, so we went home around 11. Watched end of FSU and Mammy, went to bed.
Sunday, got up and took care of sick wife, cabin-fevered dog, and minor chores. Grabbed quick shower and hit up grocery store, and it was without a doubt one of the best experiences I've ever had. Walked in around 2:30, saw only one person in coot attire and tons of people wearing Clemson gear. The human garbage element in Walmart was roughly 88% less than normal....no trailer park Neanderthals blocking the aisles, no screaming babies or Mt. Dew-addled kids bouncing off the walls...it was an absolute pleasure to get in, get what I needed, and get out in an hour. I would love to see the coots play all of their games on Sundays at 2:30. Went home and put groceries away, took pup out again, then loaded up bass and went to play LOUD rock and roll until around 10 last night. 'Twas fun, my pal that lives in Florida and has played with nearly every Southern rock legend over the years was there playing with us. Ran through a fair number of tunes and lot of things we haven't played in years. Went home, ate PB&J, went to bed.
Wake up this morning with some minor sinus crud of my own, Mrs. Tig still sick on the couch, and now here I am back at StupidCo Inc.
Weekend gets 4.75 Yelp stars out of 5 Yelp stars, with point deductions for cabin-fever weather.

so I didn't go. The early Sunday start really hurt the tradition of having a full day of binge drinking leading up to the sex lot finale. I'm thinking it's why they didn't win the game.

Thursday - Celebrated sonof-'s 6th birthday. Pizza and cake at home, opened presents. The boy has more Skylanders than you can shake a stick at.
Friday - Worked all day because not in Matthew's path. Finally a game this season where it looked like everything was clicking. Or maybe BC is just that bad.
Saturday - slept in. No coach-pitch baseball due to the holiday weekend. Took sonof- to a friend's birthday party then home for an afternoon of college football (and Skylanders). Dinner out that night at the Japanese place. Fell asleep watching the FSU/Miami game.
Sunday - Church in the morning. Pancakes for lunch. No flag football due to holiday weekend. A nice relaxing afternoon of football (and Skylanders). Managed to fubar and un-fubar the electronic deadbolt on the front door. Grilled steaks for dinner. Watched the Giants suck (again). Anonymous Chupacabra won, Chilaques y Huevos sucked (again).
All in all, a good weekend. Despite not getting in any substantial naps, would do again.

Watched Clemson beat BC and their red banana on Friday night. Holy crap BC is terrible, by the 2nd half it seemed like a wofford game where I was starting to feel sorry for clemson's opponent.
Saturday up early and headed to Pigeon Forge to visit dollywood with Jr and friend to ride their new roller coaster. Dang that thing is fast and fun, was worth the trip. Place was overrun even more than normal by Tennessee fans. Back home in time for the evening games. Enjoyed imagining how miserable all of those UT fans were that I had seen earlier.
Sunday lazy day with home chores. Watched Carolina lose - wow they might be as bad as BC. UGA looks bad too. Great to see that. Got to see Vic B and Grady J have their way with the broncos.
Sunday pm, Wifeof made banana pudding, so that pretty much capped my weekend. Played some dice games with family and watched maybe 12 seconds of the debate (which was too much).

Satdy - Slept til 9. Ran some errands in the AM. Had Merrell's pizza for lunch. Watched NC get butts whooped. Took 2 hour nap. Woke up and watched Tennersee and their alien QB lose in dramatic fashion. Had good sushi for dinner. Drank more burs and whisky and watched more football.
Sundy - Went to church. Celebrated grandmother's 91st birfday with the family. Caught up on TV shows.

Saturday took my soon to get some new tennis shoes. He got a pair of trail runners and hiking boots. Watched the rain fall and check the local creek for flooding. Luckily, it didn't!
Sunday I took my son to the county fair. Besides seeing my son smile, my favorite part was seeing some livestock.
