Somewhat typical this early on.

In 2015 it was 5,500 but as the schools sold out they were able to request more. In the end the school sold somewhere around 12,000. That doesn’t count how many were sold individually to Clemson’s fans of course. Knowing Miami probably won’t travel well is a big part of the reason why they don’t want to commit a huge ticket allotment to both schools. It will work out fine in the end and mostly in favor of Clemson who’s fans are very supportive of their Tigers.
Lots of orange all around.

consider for a minute the ACCCG in Clt with Pitt vs Syr, or even a more realistic Miami vs FSU.. Those games would be duds in sales and so to have the stands filled they do it this way. I say Miami vs FSU a dud because it is a repeat and if one team is obv better, neither team will travel as one will be saving money for the next big game amd one knows they'll lose. Just a thought.

Miami demand will not be typical for them under the current circumstances. They will gobble up all they can get their hands on for this if they are in top 5. However, these tickets have been available for purchase since before the season started. For several weeks, ACC was selling the family 4 packs for $100--4 upper deck tickets with 4 hats and $20 worth of Bojangles gift cards all for $100. As soon as Clemson beat Va. Tech, they increased the price of that package by 60%. The game is almost sold out now. Probably will be announced as sell out this week.
