IPTAY Parking Pass Fiasco

So like many of you, we only received 1 of our 2 parking passes via UPS last week.
I just got off of the phone with IPTAY, and was told that the second pass hasn't shipped yet, but is expected to be shipped today via UPS. Was originally told they they would be here by this weekend, but I don't believe that UPS delivers on Sat/Sun and Monday is a holiday. With this being the case I don't see how we'd get it in Greenville this weekend.
When I inquired as to what happens if we don't get it by late next week I was given two options, pick up at IPTAY office in Clemson next Friday or pick up at Will-Call on gameday.
I just don't understand how this even happens with all of the money we contribute to IPTAY. There's no excuse for not having both parking passes by now.

Same. Did it seem like they are shipping everyone's passes? Or do I need to let them know I did not get 2 of my passes? I assumed from the email last week that it was being taken care of automatically.

It appeared that they were shipping everyone's missing passes. I can't imagine that you would need to call in to tell them you didn't receive some of your passes, but who knows.

UPS delivers certain areas on Saturdays. It's a limited number of routes.

Parking on game day is a nightmare for everyone. There really isn’t an answer that will make everyone happy. IPTAY does a great job handling the parking issues but there is absolutely NO answer that will please everyone.

It's even more of a nightmare if you never received a parking pass that IPTAY was supposed to send you.
To the previous poster's point, how would one reasonably get to Will-Call to pick up their parking pass without being able to park because they don't have said parking pass?

Easy answer to that question. Just Park on the square in Pendleton and walk to the stadium and pick up your pass. Go back and get your care and drive to your parking space. Just trying to answer your question the way the IPTAY office probably would. 😁

Just park where you want. In lot 10 nobody was checking at the entrance and there were tons of cars parked in numbered spots without a tag.
I had a dude in my spot who claimed he paid $300 to park there but when I asked to see his pass with my numbered spot on it he got in his car and moved.
I looked around and probably 1 out of 4 cars didn’t have a pass

They weren't shipped together because the printing company employed by IPTAY screwed up.

It wasnt the printing company...whoever assigned the parking passes only assigned one premium pass to donor levels who were supposed to get 2 premium passes. So when they relaeased the assigned spots, all of the donors who were supposed to recieve 2 premium spots only had one and called in and then IPTAY had to go back and reassign because of their original mistake...that shuffled lits or people around and they are just now getting it straight!!!
You can imagine assigning all of your allotted parking spaces to members and then finding out someone left out 3000 premium spaces to your highest donors!!! That had to be a nightmare to correct!!!

Update...we received our second pass this morning via UPS. Folks who were missing additional passes should expect to receive then in the coming days.

I finally received my second set of passes today. Sad thing is that I heard from UPS yesterday around 1pm that they were coming because I have a UPS account. It took IPTAY until around 1030am today to send me an email to let me know they were coming. Once again, IPTAY has had poor communication and seemingly little attention to detail and organization. I can't imagine bringing in 137 million dollars from donors and treating them like they have treated so many. Really disappointing.

I was told the same yesterday by the ticket office. Fortunately UPS delivered the passes this morning around 9 a.m.

i ended up receiving (as my secondary parking pass) two individually numbered (with the same number) Jervey Meadows passes, on Wednesday and Friday of last week... and a number that does not appear on the interactive Parking Map...
seems like a total disaster... hope there is actually space for me there...
anybody have a similar experience with double identical passes getting issued. If that happened in the area parking (non numbered spaces) it will be a disaster on the secondary market.
