The problem with letting Yankees in

To our conference, our university, or our state in general is that they have ideas like replacing basketball with lacrosse. They also think scoring points in the first half is running up the score. They employ child touchers as assistant coaches, and only can only win a national championship when they have a 1 and done player like Carmelo Anthony. Oh, and B.C. is terrible at everything.

To be honest, I was born in Indiana but made it to South Carolina as fast as I could. Now I live in Texas, and let me tell you, it's not even really the south. Texas is more like Yankees with southern accents.

Dad was from South Carolina. He met Mom in Michigan during World War II. And brought her back to South Carolina to raise our family for the next 67 years. So I am 50% Southerner and 50% Yankee.

My family is from NY, I grew up in the midwest, family moved to the South and have lived in South Carolina & Texas.
Every place has it's positive/negative aspects IMO.

Imploring Clemson to drop basketball and pick up lacrosse instead. We would be great at lacrosse at Clemson. Could you imagine how many yanks would stream into our program to avoid having to spend 4 years hanging out with the unibrowed women of Cuse.

So my brother and I were watching the game and kept joking about "how hot it must be in the Carrier Dome." Remember all that nonsense about how they thought when we played up there we would die of exhaustion? Yea didn't happen. For once in my life I'm hoping we have a noon game vs. SU next season so we can show them What REAL heat is. Cause I'm almost convinced this is the hottest state and that Syracuse Orange mustache crowd is going to get a full dose!
And while they're down here they should try some Real BBQ. That BBQ joint up there wrote a check they couldn't cash. But it's not like we were there for bbq I must add.

I don't think the accent works in the mans favor like it does for a female. That's why whenever hollywood needs some kind of a stooge or dumb character for a movie they tend to fill that role with an actor that has a thick southern accent. Unfortunate stereotype for the southern male. Tsk.
