Imagine alienating all allies, ruining americas reputation, and bending over backwards, just to be able to make "deals" with the 11th ranked country by GDP.
Art of the deal?

They need to survive moron. They have made cuts and doing their best . They use to get close to 50% of their energy from Russia. Now it's down to under 20%. Your question is one of an idiot

Yes. They haven't been able to accomplish due to societal needs. Real world survival. It's reality. Your comments are just nonsense. Idiotic.

Keowee lives in a binary zero sum world. He’s looking for a yes or a no answer.
Just give him a no answer. He doesn’t understand the issue, so it’s pointless to convey any depth beyond yes or no.

How convenient for you.
Of course, the rest of us see right through your strained effort to justify your political position. And I know I won't change your mind and that's fine. But for everyone else, it's really interesting to see. Observe the trends by country in this article:
https://www.dw.com/en/why-the-eus-push-to-cut-russian-energy-ties-is-so-difficult/a-72454611
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c04547pr9vqo
And now they begin to more aggressively target the shadow fleet of Russian tankers. They'll further restrict the Baltic Sea. And sure...Russia will probably just find some other way to move it to India or China. But at what cost? It's not just eliminating their opportunity to ship oil...it's making every barrel of oil less profitable. Squeeze, squeeze, squeeze.
Amazing what Vladimir Putin has done to his own country. Ruined it...literally for nothing. I think it will go down in history as one of the biggest blunders of all time. All because of a megalomaniacal dream of restoring an empire.

Again. And, no I don't give two chits about Ukraine. Most people truly don't care unless they have relatives in, or near that part or the world. But, for the liberals and never Trumpers it's just another reason to pretend to be upset, or concerned.

Thank goodness Trump got elected to stop Bidens war from spreading across Europe and the rest of the world. Trump is trying to fix this mess that Biden let happen, not going to be easy.

Trump lives and negotiates like a fifth grader. Dude is so simple it’s comical.
Anybody can negotiate with him. Just compliment him and give him a few things he wants. It doesn’t matter what you agree to. He’s not following up and checking in.
He’s just interested in the press conference up front. He has zero concern after that.
Tariffs? Ok with me if I’m a foreign country negotiating w Trump. I’ll agree to lower the tariffs I charge but then I can do whatever I want after the press conference. I could even implement some non tariff trade barriers that the Trump administration wouldn’t even understand.
