I mean, it's gotta throw them for a loop that a college athlete that is about to get paid millions wants to play football "for free" during a time such as this.
And then... you've got the "it's not about you, it's about you spreading it to others" crowd that will claim TL is not being sensitive enough.

would probably be better off if the season were NOT played. Right now, he would be the hands down #1 pick in the draft. If / when the season plays out, there is always the chance that another QB could have a dream season like Joe "Leettle" Burrow, and possibly knock him down a slot or more.
