media and some of our "fans." You know many said Clemson could use the portal sparingly in just critical positions and put itself back into elite competition. So if Dabo does this, how many will soon complain he did go after enough from the Portal? Even this off season, if he does get 5-7 guys from it for play next year? We shall see. But we all know also, the greed of many when it comes to money or the use of the Portal. LOL. Go Tigers!!!

Nothing will satisfy the media. Portal or hs, I could careless. But you may as well get a Portal equivalent to a hs recruit. Sadly the days of development are by and large over. That's been my argument from the beginning. Obviously you'd much rather go hs recruit but Nobel is a great example. The kid probably plays a valuable role next year and especially the year after... but that's a big gamble on whether they stick.

Noble wasn’t gonna play a role at Clemson.

He was done a year ago when he mouthed off at our coaches, said he was gonna leave, then said he was coming back.
