No - if we play, it will be against UNC.

If the tournament is rained out, the highest seed with the best record is declared the champion. WHich mean, if Wake wins today and sits at 2-0, they win a rained-out tourney.

If they lose and drop to 1-1, we would be crowned champion as the highest-seeded 2-0 team.

This sucks because an ACC Championship win over Wake the best team in the country would surely place us as a top-3 overall seed in the tournament.

Regardless of seeding for this year’s tournament, winning an ACC Championship in Erik’s 1st year would be enormous. Especially over this certain Wake team.
