If Deshaun wants to settle with them it’s certainly up to him.
Personally I hope he does not settle. If he was interested in settling, he could have done that already.

I couldn't disagree more with that article. Where Watson is located has no bearing on "strategy". Even if he was still living in Texas the scheduling of depositions can be just as annoying. Its not like Watson sat around the house all day doing nothing in Texas, but is very busy in Ohio.
Somebody broke "news" where there wasn't any.

In a Civil case, the accused is liable until he is not. If there was nothing there, the suits would be dismissed.

Some knew from the start Buzbee was a scumbag, hopefully his "throw everything at the wall and hope something/anything sticks) shows the ones who doubted in the beginning. He was hoping to stack up enough claims Deshaun would fold rather than pay the lengthy costs of an ongoing court battle. Lets hope this all gets resolved soon so we can move on.
