Heck, even Warren Buffett takes a full day each year to answer questions from shareholders live, in person and televised around the world. I guess ole Warren has thicker skin than some of these big tough football coaches. With that being said, who has time to call into a radio show, sit on hold, etc., in 2024?

Running a football program and not taking questions for random angry people every week isn't the same as running a massive company and having 1 meeting per year with invested shareholders. This is not an accurate comparison.

This season will provide a clear direction of the future of Clemson football. The appearance of not taking calls is not a good look. Running from it will not save you!!! On August 31st we will see where the program stands. By Dec 7th a lot of questions will be answered. Time will tell............................. .Until then...........................

Clemson is an 8 & 4 type program now but they pay this guy as if he wins a natty every year. Everybody wants to whine about the NIL & portal, but the truth is, bloated salaries for these coaches are part of the equation of doom for the sport.

I actually think not taking calls is a BETTER look, because it means you're not going to have viral embarrassing clips like the Tyler thing not happen again. It makes your organization look more professional.
