If our offense for the rest of the season and next season hasn’t shown any real improvement along with recruiting that is not up to our standard of recruiting in the past, is the focus shifted towards looking for a new coordinator besides Streeter? And if so, who are some outside hires that would be looked into? This is only if we see no improvement regardless of who’s at quarterback and other positions.

I can promise you Dabo will not consult anyone on TigerNet when he is looking for another coach. As far as recruiting, our last 5 classes were 10-6-2-9-8 so I can't say recruiting is weaker under Streeter.

I appreciate the loyalty that coach S has for his own guys BUT if this season doesn’t develop into a championship kind of season he may have to change his approach to hiring assistants. A new look might be just what the Tigers need right now. Teams within the league know what Clemson is going to focus on every Saturday. Sometimes change is good! If Saturday doesn’t go as many think it will there will be a lot of talk among the tv experts about this very subject. You’re a lot easier to play if the opponent knows what you are going to rely on in every game. The quality of players that Clemson puts on the field has allowed them to become a championship team. Building this team as Dabo has done began with bringing in a top notch quarterback to develop a team around. Boyd, Watson, Lawrence and Kelly to some extent have made this work. Is it working right now. Saturday will tell us a lot. The big guys up front likely will win this game for Clemson because I don’t think that WF can match up with them. Right now I have no idea what the offense will be able to do and if you are honest with yourself... you don’t either,

with DJ playing hurt and worse last year. They knew we were running it and couldn't stop it. I don't expect to rush for 300 yards again, but we don't have to, as DJ is improved, as are the receivers.

I don't see Dabo going for an outside OC hire.
Although, his last 4 inside OC hires are currently ranked 64th, 72nd, 89th, & 98th in total offense................so maybe there's a chance.

Those aren’t good rankings at all. They are certainly not offensive geniuses based on that.
It seems that Dabo has moved away from outside hires unless they have a significant tie to Clemson. That strategy reduces potential hires considerably.

Not a good idea to jump in the deep end on the first couple of posts here. IF you're just trolling, you might want to slow your roll a bit, because it kinda shows. If you're not trolling, and you are actually a Tiger fan, you should know that even though Dabo is loyal to a fault, he can count the seams on a fastball - if he sees a problem with Streeter, or anyone else - he'll address it.
Anyway, that's my opinion until I see it to be wrong.
