Here it's beer-can chicken smoked on the grill, details in prior post. Along with collards cooked with black-eyed peas, onion, and garlic; wild rice blend, grilled garlic bread, and bourbon/brown sugar/butter grilled peach halves. Washed down with Devil's Backbone Schwartz Bier, a German-Style Black Lager

Life is good, great grilled stuff without standing over the grill in the humidity a long time.
Whatayahavin'?

I made a molasses-dijon glaze last night and put it on grilled pork tenderloin kabobs. Was really good. But your honey mustard glaze seems a lot easier and tastier.

I'm spent. Today was a 4-shirt-change day out in the yard. Trimming branches, mulching, weed pulling, weed eating, mowing, cleaning the chicken house, and picking some pears & grapes.
But I got 'er done and I'm ready for the next 3 weekends of liveass football. Auburn, get ready, here I come.

I know what Meathead says about the ol' beer can bird, but that's the only way to get one that pretty and golden all the way around.
We had chuck eye, tater, and salad here. Wife has raspberry crescent rolls in the oven for desert.

We put a ham in the oven for starters... Then ground up a Boston but and made Italian sausage. Wasn't too bad for a trial run
