They ran for 143 yards in their opener given it was north Greenville, but we gave up 213 to Duke on the ground and this scares me. Should we be worried?

I’m not worried about losing, I’m worried about another #### poor performance that shows us we haven’t improved. I look to see us win 35-10 but the stats don’t look great.

35-10 should have been the score against Duke.

But those are hypothetical scores for a Clemson program that was dedicated to winning football games.

It's likely we will still see some sloppy play. But the good thing is we have two games that basically serve as game speed practices. These are opportunities to run concepts and practice fundamentals at game speed that you don't get during the summer. Hopefully the team will take full advantage of these opportunities and tighten up.
