The wanted us their at 9 a.m. I found it odd that they sat us all in the court room. Around 9:15 the plaintiff comes in so we all stop talking. It was about 10:30 before we saw anybody from the court.
Can you confirm that council was in there watching our body language to see who they wanted?

In a few of your posts, you don't sound like that prospect has a chance in hell.
So, why attack me, when all I'm saying is what you truly, deep down, believe. Or, at least what a panel of jurors is, most likely to believe?

she was like 5 feet off the roadway trying to coax the horse off the roadway before someone came along and got killed. would i have done it? maybe not. at least 3 other cars went around the horse before she stopped to try and get it out of the road. the driver of the truck that hit her admitted to taking his eyes off the road prior to hitting the horse. there was no reason he should not have seen the horse. everyone else saw it. the only reason he didn't is that he wasn't paying attention. that said, i still think we'll lose. but the feedback here should clear up any inaccurate notion that tort reform is needed to stop runaway juries. lol
