On the play that was reviewed, had it been a clean sack with no review needed, the clock keeps running and Wake calls a time out or time runs while the ball is being run back to the line of scrimmage and getting teams set to play. Wake would only get one play in that case. Instead, 13 seconds on the clock without running and they keep the timeout. Good play by the defense is penalized in this situation.
