Seems like Tennessee has minimal standards for offering

and pulling an offer.
1) Desperate 2) Don't evaluate talent 3) Won't mind offering and then pulling an offer.
That is not a plan that will ever grow the program and will doom them in the end.

“ This is in no way a knock on South Carolina at all - that is how they have to recruit right now”

What's Changed?

This article is written as if Clemson has changed how we recruit now that we've become successful. I thought this is how Dabo has always recruited, how he build the program. Perhaps the talent we're going after and getting has increased. But Dabo has always looked for the "right fit" and only offered a small number of players. Doesn't he refer to his first class as the "Dandy Dozen."
Let me know if I'm wrong. (I know you will.)

Yes, it was called the Dandy Dozen, but that is all that Dabo could save after TB was fired. That recruiting year before TB was fired, I'm not absolutely sure, but I'm almost sure we had like 23 recruits that had committed or was going to commit with TB as HC, and we lost all but the 12 that stuck with Clemson, with Dabo as HC. That wasn't a handpicked class, that was what was left after the dust had settled!!!
