I feel like the Ohio State message board would constantly have questions about things to do/places to eat when they MOVE to South Carolina.

We stayed at Seacrest Beach 2 years ago, and my kids say that that trip was their favorite vacation we’ve taken as a family. The only downside to Seacrest that we experienced was the designated beach access is tiny for the number of people trying to access it. I would suggest you drive to Inlet Beach where you don’t have to fight for space on the beach. Only about a 3-5 min drive from Seacrest, with close beachfront parking and plenty of room to throw baseball or football on the beach.
We hit as many of the popular eateries as we could. Our favorite restaurant was the Old Florida Fish House. The blackened Cobia is still the best seafood dish I have ever had. My wife even loved it, and she doesn’t normally eat fish. It’s pricey, but worth it.
Hope you have a great trip!

I will also throw in a second for the old florida fish house at Santa Rosa Beach. Its a favorite of ours when we go down there. Really like the grouper there. Oh and take a trip to the big chill it is a fun outdoor pavilion where they have several decent eateries and live music.

Play camp creek since you're right there, then play san destin, Kelly plantation, regatta bay, and bay point in pcb. All good courses.
