So took kids to last day. Leaving the hood there was a guy in a truck, STOPPED at the entrance, blocking all the hood traffic from leaving the hood, as he fished for something in his truck bed. Backed up 5 cars. After a good 2 minutes of rummaging around he evidently found what he was looking for. He looks up, smiles a big smile, and waves to his audience. Drop off kids after the obligatory Alice Cooper song, come back. Turn onto my street.

In the middle of the LEFT lane, heading the wrong way into what would be traffic, is this guy driving a golf cart. No big deal, EXCEPT he was walking a dog on a leash while sitting in the golf cart. He then stopped the golf cart to let the dog pee on a mailbox as he and the dog walked the wrong way down the road. All this time he's blocking the road because someone else has cars parked on the road. So I literally sit and watch this guy as he drives his dog over on the leash and lets him pee. And the guy is clueless. He then sees me, smiles, and ####ing WAVES at me.


People's is not right.
