The 24-year-old victim is described by a family member as an Marine veteran who served in Afghanistan. He told officers he confronted the men after they knocked his phone out of his hand inside the bar.

They won't do anything about it. Blackshear was allowed to stay with the team after being involved with a shooting ("wrong place, wrong time" ... riiiiight), and that was after multiple run-ins with the law in HS (breaking & entering, theft of classmates' rings).
