I think that's why it hurts them so much. They've placed Shaw on a pedestal, saying how Godly he was and how manly he was to play through injuries...then they just got their a$$es handed to them by a one legged freshman (in a game they can't whine that they ever had control of till the end like the others). Burns them up.

If you could never play someone who could possibly become injured, then nobody could play football.

Actually, he was probably safer on the field. What if he were standing on the sideline and got nailed in the knee by one of Thompson's errant throwaways? What if the keystonecocks secondary banged into him as they tripped out of bounds? What if he was mushed by Spencer Region on his way to the snacks and gatorade?
Nah. Best to have him out in the field, far away from everyone, especially the cack defense, which pretty much gave him a six foot bubble.

CLEVERCOCK3: "Here is a question you should ask yourself no matter what side of the fence your on.....If there was NO RISK of further injury then why the knee brace? I think you will find your answer right there!!!!!"
The brace was for stability, so he could run; not for protection, dumb ####...

Their lame comments are no different than the experts on Ferguson, Mo. There were what, maybe a dozen witnesses of varying degrees, yet there are millions who know exactly what went down...and why? Same here...the further removed one is from the subject, the more 'expert' they are. Pretty bloody sad...

USCclassof92 Post #87 MyFanPage Add Buddy Ignore Re: Dr. Guy Confirms Dabo Stupidity... Reply Quit crying about Watson playing. No one here, including me, had a problem with Shaw limping on the field. We sound like a bunch of babies. We got beat, crying won't help. 12/1 11:15 AM | IP: Logged
