Unbelievable!!! Impermissible payments and failing to cooperate with the investigation gets you a slap on the wrist. Is there a bigger joke right now than the NCAA? Symptomatic of a bigger problem in our society with justice being inappropriately and unequally applied IMO...

He also got a 2-year show-cause penalty. Meaning, he can't coach for 2 years. It's more than just a 10-game suspension.

... are an up and comer. If that was Clemson or FSU he would have been fired, and NCAA would have blasted the school with probation and loss of scholarships for several years.

I agree Brett. No consistency. The problem I have is this epitomizes what the NCAA has railed against for years, illegal inducements and most of all a lack of institutional control. Disguise it any way you want, it’s a slap on the wrist for both the coach and LSU.
