Very interesting. How far in the dust did Clemson leave GT a couple of weeks ago? Best I remember, we stomped a mudhole in GT's arses, and more so than the "Storied" ND team did Saturday. This week, Clemson needs to stomp ND in convincing fashion. I don't know if we are able now, considering the injuries, but I will not be at all surprised to see us handle the Irish this Saturday. I may be wrong, but I expect a yeoman's performance by this Tiger team vs "mighty ND".

They beat Ga Tech 31-13 in Atlanta, two weeks after Clemson beat Ga Tech 73-7 in Atlanta.

In recent memory that has generally turned out well for us.
Don't get me wrong. If we start the game in South Bend the way we started yesterday, I'm not confident of our chances.
However, I don't think we will, and this "drop" may motivate us. I want our defense to come out like their hair is on fire -- multiple hats in on every tackle, like the Miami game. We smothered them. I know we're capable.
Our offense will look better with DJ having more than 1 day with the starters. If Tyler Davis returns, I believe we win this game going away. For my money, he is the Most Important defensive player. We are a very different team when he is in there. Skalski is a close second.

The only thing good I have found to do with anything written by ESPN-
Is line the bird cage or the cat box- already stinks and is full of sh--!
