Think this guy will be pitching more once postseason comes around. I don’t know if he could take the Friday night spot over Darden soon, but he’s got better stuff in my opinion. Darden has had some good games, but doesn’t seem like he’s where he needs to be.

It seems like there’s multiple pitchers on this team that could do better than Darden. I like Gorden okay though, he’s got some good stuff and has had some near shutout performances. Pretty solid.

Not trying to be rude but you guys joking right? I have a list of pitchers I would use to start a game later in a regional behind Grice, Gordon, & Darden before Reid. Tristan (5.17ERA), Allen (3.76ERA), & Lindely (3.42ERA) I would all use before Reid if all are on the same arm rest level. He got smacked around tonight atleast the other 3 have had 25+ IP with all 3 having a ERA lower then Reid (14IP / 10.38 ERA)

This is why I just said there are multiple pitchers ahead of Darden.

All of these pitchers have gotten beaten around this season at some point. You can’t make that an evaluation of Reid because everyone else was doing the same thing. The pitching is better overall now, and guys like Reid are starting to impress with more experience. Reid has better stuff than Darden, that was a reason.
