I couldn't disagree more. The obvious answer is that there are multiple problems with the offense. Tough to judge Riley when we know how involved Dabo is with the offense. And the common denominator with our poor offense the last four years is Dabo. Love coach and hope he stays forever and gets us back to the top but there is a conservative nature with our offense that is holding it back and I think that comes from Dabo. I have faith he will adjust but let's go already! The good (and maybe bad) thing is that our schedule the next month is going to immediately tell us if we can pull it together on O. Go Tigers. We just held them on D! Game is not over but seems just about there.

Dabo was involved in the offense when we won 2 Natty's. Probably even more so honestly. This is 100% on Riley. He has the talent. 3 points vs Georgia ain't cutting it. If it's me, honestly I fire his ### now, let Luke coach the rest of the season and bring in Scott in a co role at the end of the year.

Dabo is the glaring weakness. Offense has been on a downhill slide since 2019

Now we know what Dabo meant when asked about Riley's offense when he called it the "Dirt Raid"

This is the same offense he ran at TCU. Max Duggan was the difference. Riley hasn’t changed. He’s the same he was at TCU

I couldn’t agree more. But Dabo is the head. Either he agrees with this scheme or he’s not taking charge. Riley got away with it in a no D B12. This second half ain’t nothing but Kirby Smart showing why he’s a true top coach. I was hoping for changes. Unfortunately things will most likely get better against weak conference foes and most people will think it’s cleaned up. Till we see another playoff type team.

Klubnik evidently is not it regardless of the OC coordinator or scheme.
Not saying Riley isn’t but would be get the same result with a different talent?

This is a Kyle Parker, Billy Napier moment imo. Cade can only execute what's being called. He didn't play bad at all imo.

A couple sacks and bad reads were on Cade, but we should know his weaknesses and stop putting in positions to make mistakes. Play calling is horrible

Jbrock11, I agree. This is not on Cade. It’s not the portal or lack of it. It’s a coaching problem. GR coached one year in a defensively weak conference. UGA did to him in the NC what they did again today. And apparently Dabo doesn’t know how to fix it neither. I’d replace him immediately with Luke and see how it goes. If need be get a proven coach at the end of the season. Don’t see any other option.

I disagree. We’ve had a terrible offense with 3 different OC’s. A new OC isn’t fixing this.

Just remember, its not Rileys offense, its Clemsons offense.

Dabo made sure everyone knew that before our first game last year.
Interestingly, our offense under Riley looks eerily similar to what it looked like under Streeter and Elliott. That’s the Clemson offense, and it’s not working.

In retrospect it was a very important statement when Dabo spoke about Riley shortly after hiring him and said “We hired him to run the Clemson Offense.” He didnt hire him to bring HIS offense to Clemson, and it shows.
