I finally decided that it's time to retire on 4/5/24 at the ripe age of 65yrs 10mos and 1 day! I'm planning on doing some remodeling in our house now since I will have time to do it.

Congratulations. I am 1 year and 1 month since retirement and you will love your new gig. No more planning personal life around work life. You get to do what you want when you want and what time you want. Your time will more valuable than before. and now it’s Project & Down Time and enjoying your rewards acheived.
I retired at same age and never looked back..kept running my commercial replacement LightBulb products biz part-time from Hilton Head Island back to CLT out of my new RV located on a deeded ICWater view lot, started shag dancing, boating, traveling & dating.
82.9 now and still doing 75% of that schedule with relative ease (minus dating!).
