It sounds like the parent company headquarters will remain in Louisville

They’re just establishing discrete headquarters for the subsidiary brands; two brands in TX and two brands in CA. It sounds like just a ploy to get people to quit because they don’t wanna relocate. Companies have been doing this for the last few years; forcing remote workers to come back in office or relocate instead of layoffs.
