Interesting perspective when looked at thru that lens. Much as I hate the game time & think football fans in Palmetto State are being screwed from a national perspective, would rather have our players/coaches 100% focused on beating the yardbirds instead of being distracted by outcomes of other games.

that Miami/Syracuse game won't even matter, right? So, that "being down if Miami beat Syracuse" would be a moot point if Wake pulls the upset. I don't see that happening, but I do think Wake covers that 21 point spread.

scoreboard watching DURING the game could be worse.


south carolina is the most important game of the year. The fact that this is even a thought or concern for the team is sad and pathetic on many levels.

Wait, I thought we had this amazing culture we didn’t want to destroy with portal players? This seems to fly in the face of that wonderful culture we supposedly have. Not giving full effort for a game because we don’t get in the ACC championship - a game that is usually one of the most important of the year to the fans? Hmm…
