I remember reading that we'd backed off of Robinson for character issues (4 star receiver from Florida). Well, Jeff Scott paid him a visit today according to Twitter and Amari Rodgers, perhaps our best 2017 recruiter, retweeted the post.

Omg yes I've been wanting this kid to be a tiger for the longest! I hope Clemson goes all out for this kid. Hopefully there aren't anymore character issues though

According to the Tnet scholarship count he is on scholarship as a redshirt junior and did run down the hill as a senior. So it's certainly possible.

Bar B Circle Nature Preserve there was amazing. We met my Tampa sister and kids halfway from Orlando aso thats where we eneded up. I literally started looking property there.

not from a scholly numbers standpoint, but I thought the staff had totally cut ties with this guy. I heard it was a "serious" character concern... I'm sure he's rectified the situation if we're back in this. people deserve 2nd chances if they earn them. this would no doubt be the top 2 recievers from a talent perspective coming to clemson with him and tee. and Amari is gonna be great one as well!

Before the season, I wanted him more than Tee. He's got amazing hands. Belitnikof glue style hands, but after the character issue concerns popped up, I was fine passing. Hopefully everything is sorted out or blown out of proportion, but a lot of teams backed off. He'd be a great addition if he can handle the pressure.

he was a man among boys at the Nike camps. he was a clemson lock at one time so we'll see. one thing about it, if he comes in here and don't have his crap together, dabo will give him his walking papers.

Heck no! Robinson looks like he can be a legit receiver. Good speed, power, size, and height and can high point the ball. Watch his film more he kinda reminds me of dez bryant. Shadell to me just didn't move that well as a receiver coming out of high school. TE is perfect for him. Batson will beef him up without a problem
