I am really feeling good about reading all the comments about KJ Henry's attitude and leadership qualities. Good Stuff!
I believe his is also pretty vocal: "some part of me believes he is anxious to pick up the flag of main vocal leader"! Skalski was heart and soul - with KJ's abilities and his willingness to speak - I think this will be great as everyone else has said!

I agree with you, but I want to see a team full of leaders, I and I expect we will see just that. This year was one of those years where there was a "gut check" for our Tigers. So much adversity, controversy, and question marks, but I think it really helped our team be better for it. We answered the bell, and I am so proud of our guys. The SC game, and the bowl game seemed to solidify our team. I expect we see a great Tiger team in the Clemson Tigers next year. Players like KJ make our team one that never will "go away" as the team with the target on its back. The team everybody wants to beat, because it's the best team out there.

The last time a Clemson D Lineman decided to return because of unfinished business, he was able to do a split at the following season’s Natty ceremony. Lead the team to the title KJ!!!

I am not disagreeing with you. To me, what Wilkins provided his senior season went beyond the field. Wilkins was a leader. The breakfast with Trevor after KB left was more than just a meal. Wilkins kept the team from splitting. KJ has the opportunity to be the team leader which was missing this year. Skalski was great on the defensive side but, there wasn’t that one player that everyone rallied around.

That guy was also going to be a 1st round pick. Henry is coming back because he likely wasn't going to get drafted

This is excellent news and, to me, says a lot that he has announced he is staying in the midst of it coming out the Bates is leaving. Pretty sure he knows more than we do and everything is taken care of.

Until I saw your post Bengal21b® I hadn't thought about that.
KJ might very well have insights into the DL coaching changes, and that those changes were not viewed as being especially negative to him.
