Good luck with that idiocy! Trump has NEVER figured out that politics is about addition and not subtraction. His actions are only directed at the base, which he will never lose most of anyway, but it will not add one moderate voter. Doing the pledge with the J6th convicts to open his Whacko rally will only LOSE and not add. Every time he spouts the same ole 2020 grievances, he only loses and not adds. We see a few on this board that have vowed they will never vote for him. He is a LOSER, period! So, good luck again with that fantasy!

I absolutely do not want Trump to become President nor the addled Biden. I will vote for neither under any circumstance, but I do think this is a BS indictment that will only help Trump win the GOP primary which may be the point.
Perhaps the Dems are playing chess while the Pubs are playing checkers, however that didn’t work out so well in 2016.
While I again will never vote for Trump, I do have some sympathy for him over this BS indictment. Bragg is a rogue DA.

You’re correct. None of us know for sure what the deal is, but I do know the Feds, the state of NY and originally even Bragg declined to pursue this matter.
Plenty of libs also view this as prosecutorial overreach including the former Governor of NY Andrew Cuomo.
I also know under Bragg’s watch, criminals are having a better life in NYC.
This is a waste of time, but go ahead and celebrate much as the Pubs did over Slick Willy getting his whistle blown in the Oval Office.
It may feel good to chip away at a politician you don’t care for, and I don’t care for Trump nor Biden, but from the leaks at least, this would appear to be some serious grandstanding and will not be good for the country which to me is more important than scuffing up Trump.

1) Maybe new evidence came to light - we DON'T know.
2) We DON'T know if it's overreach, no charging documents have been issued. I'm positive Cuomo does not like many prosecutors, many criminals don't.
3) Sounds like it, shame if so but I've heard Bragg has charged over 100 white collar guys with similar crimes (although I'm sure more documentation will come out on that IF TRUE)
4). Yep, could be but we DON'T know yet. Will come out over time. "Slick willy", poor Monica - funny, I enjoyed that!
5). I agree, but I've heard ONLY lawyer types on TV SPECULATING what the charges COULD be. We at least will KNOW that very soon, then can judge from there. Trump has proven time and time again that HE is not good for the country in many many ways, I have ZERO sympathy for him. Then again, we don't have many politicians that are good for the country right now, but even the worst respected norms like the peaceful transfer of power.
Anyway, enjoyed the rational discussion which is hard to come by on this board at times!
