I see a situation ripe for *CORRUPTION*. People with no accountability handling large amounts of money … what could go wrong? 🙄

No thanks, universities can handle the $$$ themselves, most have policies and procedures already in place for that.

That's cute. A concept that should have been introduced over a decade ago by an inept organization that is woefully short on details and faces an Everest-like uphill battle legally. What could go wrong?
