Looked good Saturday! He’s great to have on the team, and I couldn’t blame him if he went somewhere else next year to start.
On the other hand stay at Clemson and finish a MS Degree.
Go Tigers!

That was a great read. I think most of us could benefit from a diet at least similar to that. Helms looked sharp Saturday and sets a great example to represent our Tigers and the university!

Glad he is in the best shape ever. If Cade continues with a gunslinger and running around Helms may have to play more for sure. Cade needs adopt the mindset of controlling the offense, he doesn’t have to win the game himself and don’t do anything to lose a game.

Chicken, rice, and broccoli instead of cheeseburgers and onion rings. Now that's real dedication to the program!

As a chip lover, I know that took dedication and I appreciate his commitment. Sure glad he stayed here.

Shoot, I am 6’2” and 210 pounds and I do it through vodka martinis and olives, young man. One day I may try the chicken, rice, and broccoli diet though. I get tired of the olives.

That he will prove to be an integral part of a successful season for us. He looked crisp, confident and talented out there.

Chase Brice was awesome. Played behind TL. If he is Brice 2.0 he needs to play now!

I don't understand the fixation on chicken & rice! Why not

some good quality steak, along with some fish and pork. But I guess most anything would be an improvement on chips, fries and onion rings!
