Do your thing on the field and leave the media in the dust. Talk only when you have something important to address. I say this because the media a lot of times will twist the things a person says and it gets turned into something else. Do your thing on the field because that way everybody will have seen your job was done to such a perfection that they all will appreciate it and be at awe. Words won't matter then.

His 'looks you in the eye' and intensity...straight-forward approach...much like Mike Tomlin. Can see Mac as a head coach once his playing days are over.
