I had some today with plenty of Sriracha. I always ask for extra jalapeños, too, and when I did today, the guy told me that they had some kind of red Thai or Vietnamese chili. Ate two of those with my pho and even got one to bring home. Hot AF. I’ll prob pay for those three peppers in the morning.
Anyway, Sriracha is also very good on egg rolls. It has its place.

Sounds good, what is the ratio of sriracha to syrup? Do you smoke wings and then glaze or glaze first? Also, about how long do you smoke the wings? Thanks!
