This is what the GQP can expect from Trump going forward. There just is no leadership in the party. Get your popcorn out. This is going to be fun.

of Trump's day to day activities. I would have heard virtually nothing of the man were it not for his most vocal P&R detractors. You're doing the Lord's work.

And fight they will. Trump has done what Democrats couldn't

do on their own - Win the House, Senate and Presidency for Democrats.
Now, it looks like he wants to help Democrats take down Mitch McConnell.
With Trump playing King of the GQP and serving as a living reminder of his reign of terror, Democrats will likely pick up seats in the midterms.

and where, in four years, Trump lost Republican control of the House, Senate, and White House.
The fact he's still that high this close to those "wounds" to the party really says something about the power void in the Republican Party. Things can certainly change in the next few years, but right now it's hard to see that Trump's hold on the party has lessened.

The high approval of Trump in the Republicans Party is NOT the panacea they think it is. Quite the opposite.

I think McConnell is fully aware of the problem Trump's popularity presents to the party's ambition of gaining power and it'll be fascinating to watch how he operates a two-front war against both Dems and Trump's base.

Dude you are delusional. Trump had more votes than any pub presidential candidate ever. Just because some lifelong swamp creatures don’t like him, doesn’t mean he can’t crush them. He also got more non-white votes than any pub since Nixon ( That is the REAL reason the Dems are in full on assault mode of a civilian). He gained seats in the house after a first term (tell me the last time that happened). Ok, 7 senators wouldn’t vote for trump, but 74 million other voters did.

Trump lost The House, The Senate and The Presidency. That doesn't seem to have sunk in for you guys yet.
I want you guys to worship at the alter of Trump for as long as he remains on the planet.

I’ll vote for America first, energy independence, tax cuts, and border security every single time. No matter the candidate, or how mean the tweets are.

I noticed how balanced budgets and fiscal responsibility seems to no longer be near the top of the list for conservative values. Did Trump break you of that?

Though we probably disagree on what they were.
Of course, he doesn't take any responsibility for losing everything to the Democrats.

And Mordor has just declared war on Isengard. Unfortunate. They were getting along so well up until now.
