I dont want to jynx anything but it seems he really loves Clemson and if he is bringing his whole family on a visit, thats a good sign. Dabo is pretty d@mn good at winning the parents over, hopefully he ends up on the winning side of this one because this kid is going to be a stud in college

Any possible attrition and we are already light on total OL number, we should take at a bare minimum 4 and preferably more.

I am thinking the staff has thought about this.
Smart guys, smart coaches, and you can't live in fear of attrition. You have to maintain consistency in recruiting at every position. If we take an extra lineman, it means we are short somewhere else. And for a bunch of "piece meal" makeshift OL in games last year, the boys didn't do bad at all!

It isn't an extra, we are currently 2 or 3 below the staffs Desired OL in our 85 allotment. I think 13 for the coming season and the allotment is 15 or 16 (at one point they were taking about bringin it up to 17 because they saw the folly of the bowden strategy of trying to out skill our opponents while getting whipped in the trenches)

recruiting and have met all of our needs recently. I would feel comfortable with 4 quality OL in this class.

as long as we bring 3 or 4 more in behind them the next year.
I never want to see us only take 1 or 2 linemen in a class again.

recruiting OLinemen. that's why our OLine has been in such EXCELLENT shape the last few years and this year coming up. With guys like Norton, Gore, and MacClain slated as starters......BARF!!!! Our OLine is going to kill us this year. Norton, Gore, and MacClain should be depth guys, not starters.
