All I know is, when I started to realize, I was deep into Clemson football. I can say I'm probably in a fanatic level.
I went to bowl games when I was still a student there.
I bought a full-size Clemson football helmet when I was a student. Now, I have three.
I drove over 600 miles each way once a year to go to see the Tigers played.
Last year, I booked flights for all possible scenarios to make sure that things would go according to plans. I booked flights from BWI-MCO, MCO-BWI, MCO-PHX and PHX-BWI. So, it didn't matter if Clemson won or lost, I'd have a flight to catch. (Okay, I took the opportunity to go to Disney too, but also car rental was much cheaper there.)
I haven't had a chance to go see a game yet. I want to and, hopefully, an opportunity will arise.
I can't really say when, but I'm pretty sure it's before I got my diploma.

spring IPTAY meeting. I remember it like yesterday. I was awe struck. He shook my hand and I went to school the next day and told everyone I could. I didn't wash that hand for over 2 weeks lol. Years later he spent a Saturday afternoon at my house. Still my idol to this day. Best memories I ever had growing up was my father taking me to Clemson games. Thanks for sharing your awesome memories walrus.
