You have to bet 400 on Clemson to win 100.
You bet a 1 dollar on Wake you get 100 as you stated.

1/8 is the same as -800. 1/8 means you win $1 for every $8 bet. -800 means you have to bet $800 to win $100.

I realize -800 is 800 to win 100. I just had 1/8 and 8/1 backwards I guess. 8/1 is +800. I got it. Thanks

Mr. Crump read my mind. As I read, "Remember when Louisville was good at football a few years ago (with Lamar Jackson) but now they are stuck alongside the Demon Deacons battling it out as the new doormats of the ACC," I was thinking, "That is what you get for hiring someone like Patrino."
I am glad they are paying for it. Hopefully they will clean up and stop besmirching the ACC.
