What was the overall difference between Arizona & Coots?

Not into baseball much, but felt both had excellent pitching. So, was it hitting at clutch times being the clincher for Arizona? Go TiGERs!

Arizona was better than we were all the way around. Although our pitching was good, their's was better. We fielded pretty well; they fielded like we did in the championship series against UF last year. And there was no comparison offensively. I'm very proud of our guys for getting back to the championship series, especially given so many young players and the pressure of back to back championships. But AZ richly deserved to win.

Arizona-pitching cockerel's were beat by the #2 & #3 pitchers who pitched complete games which is really not seen in college baseball with the #1 on the bench
cockerel's best pitcher left the game after 5 1/3 innings
ESPN announcer's stated during the game about the strike zone given to the cockerel pictures that they could be pitching again with strike zones like that, did not know why the ump had a strike zone for one team and not the same strike zone for the other

the coots had stud pitchers (that got out pitched) and a guy with blazing speed that never got on base.

Hitting. Plain and simple. Our team this year was not as good as the last two years. Just not enough consistent bats. Walker was the only guy that really worried anybody. I was actually surprised we made it back to finals.
