People are stupid and dont understand weight loss is purely a math problem. (there may be some rare medical thing that trumps this, but i doubt it)

but there is a lot of assumptions on base metabolic rate, how you assume %bf to lean mass, age, and of course caloric load he took from mayo burst from getting sausage crammed in his mouth...assuming said sausage is functional and not from a tranny prosthetic.

weight loss is a simple equation intake>burn = weight increase... intake Now what is the sitting burn rate of each individual is, I am sure, a moving target. However, I am sure there is a pretty good assumption out there.

Pro tip. Eat a huge breakfast. An average sized lunch.

And drink supper.
Also, start every day with 2 cups of coffee, and end it with two glasses of bourbon.

If you wanna get bigger = more. If you wanna get smaller = eat less.
I recommend a deficit of about 500-750 cals a day to lose body fat (i.e. eat 500-750 calories less than you burn).
Surplus of 250-500 cals to build muscle (too much of a surplus make you fat).
It's a math equation. Eat what you want and eat in a deficit if you wanna lose weight.
If you wanna lose BODY FAT (not just weight), eat in a deficit, lift heavy and supplement with a little steady-state cardio at 115-135 bpm for 30 minutes twice a week.

I'm definitely no expert at this, but don't some foods (calories) spike insulin and cause you to burn fewer calories? It's still a math equation, but all calories are not necessarily equal when it comes to outcome.

Yes, insulin spike results in your body pulling energy from your

your blood stream and muscles as opposed to using fat.
This all evens out if you stay in a deficit, unless you're insulin resistance have some other issues going on.
For example, I eat a banana. That spikes my blood sugar and gives me an energy boost. During this time, I'm not burning any fat for energy.
When my body is in a deficit, it has to get energy from SOMEWHERE, in which case, it uses stored fat.
I'm not a scientist, but I think I have it like 80% right.

Or you could eat 300g of carbs a day like I do and still lose fat.

Again, the calorie deficit is all that matters over the long term. Short-term is a different story.
