I get it - Trump hates liberal democrats and their woke agenda. He's going after them with an unrelenting can of whoopass, and boy does he really insult them without apology, right to their faces! And that pic of him standing defiantly with fist raised and blood streaming down his face - what a moment! But don't let that blind you to the bullshid and insanity that goes along with it. Don't swallow load after load (not that there's anything wrong with that, if you are into that). Don't accept it as necessary, or even okay; because it's not. Demand better. We should expect a whole lot more from our president, and the leader of the free world. A whole lot more.

of what RFK was responsible for in American Samoa is up to you--the whole "lead a horse to water" thing. 83 people died in Samoa when the MMR vaccine program was halted by the PM over public fear and panic, and most of them were children under 5 and infants. Do you know why the public panicked? Because two children died after receiving the MMR vaccine, except that...it wasn't just the MMR vaccine. It was the MMR vaccine incorrectly mixed with massive doses of expired muscle relaxant.
This was known information shortly after the event, but that didn't stop RFK from visiting Samoa and meeting with the anti-vax leaders and government officials to pour gasoline on the fire. Rather than calming the panic, he dramatically increased it by knowingly and falsely blaming the two child deaths on an unsafe MMR vaccine.
What happened after that is documented and factual. Choosing to ignore it would be based almost exclusively on partisan loyalty, which is kind of your thing, so...knock yourself out.

I agree. The Pubs are a one man party right now. They control both houses and can't get anything passed for a variety of reasons, but a big one is all the gutless Pubs who are perfectly happy with the status quo and will breathe a big sigh of relief when Trumps gone. You can disagree or hate Trump if you want but he's doing all of the things he campaigned on on his own with virtually zero Pub support as their lack of any legislative agenda confirms. So once he's gone it'll be right back to a choice between nutty Dems and lying do nothing Pubs, who are content to govern from a position of weakness, which will lead to their ultimate demise.

For different reasons, depending on the MAGAphile. People like RLowTD or Rangers are committed to absolutely worshiping him. They don't have much of an education on history or the Constitution or presidential policy, so they have to embrace the demagogue. To them, somehow, Trump is a savior; thus, they have to defend him at all costs. Anything he does is golden. These are the people who are truly lost; they would still be praising Trump as he sends them off to a firing squad or a camp.
Then there's the more despicable ones like Manac or Keowee or NC_Tiger. They know his faults; they could point them out if they wanted to. Those are the ones you're pleading to. They know he's a bad president and that he's hurt democracy and that his goal is complete authoritarian power.
They just don't care. Because they want the dictatorship and they want their views forced upon America, even if it means killing people for it. Manac would be on this board gloating if Trump started rounding up citizens for their speech or even killing people.
They would never admit Trump did something wrong because in their minds, they would be admitting they're wrong, and they're simply not man enough to do that.
They're hoping for the best, which for all of America, is ultimately the worst.
So no, you won't get either faction of MAGA to do that. One is too mentally lost to do so, and the other wants you beaten into submission so no one can criticize Dear Leader.

Trump's comments about Diddy the other day were stupid. Trump said something like "he'd take a look at the case..." for a pardon. That's total bull - Trump should not have even opened his mouth about that if 25% of what is in the news is true about Diddy.
I would rather see a balanced budget like the one we saw with Clinton and Gingrich. That made sense. Not sure I am a believer in the BB Bill.
The cabinet sessions they had on TV a few weeks back. I thought those were stupid and not helpful.
The golf course thing in Qatar. Even if it is funded by the Saudi's, it is a perceived conflict of interest. If they end up doing it, they should donate 100% of the profits until Trump is out of the WH. Or better yet, defer the deal to he's out of the WH.
