No matter what color they are. It’s a good gauge of speed if a guy is walking away from 6A competition, etc.

It's really like anything else being compared, you wouldn't compare a green Apple to a green Pear!!! But, when you compare a white guy to another white guy, there are the ignorant that try to bring racism into the comparison, but when you compare a black guy to another black guy, there isn't anything racist about that comparison. Go figure!!!

He's white so by default, ?'s, accusations, & ridicule may be directed his way w/o fear of reprecussion. Lasered 4.46 as a 10th grader is rare. Guessing that is why some believe he's peaked early-generally hs jr knocks 2/10s off their 40 time b4 leaving a 4yr university-

Could be my eyes but he looks like he is as big as the lineman and linebackers. Seems to have pretty good straight ahead speed but never saw any lateral moves. Wiggle in the hips. All straight ahead runs.....competition he played against appears suspect. But time will tell.

Peter Warwick ran a 4.58 at NFL Combiine yet elusive

Christian McCaffrey ran a 4.48 and has seen some success in the NFL. (Yes deliberate understatement.)
So my take is anything 4.5ish or under is plenty fast enough when combined with other skills like vision, balance and break away strength.

I saw him play lacrosse last Summer. There are a couple of kids on our team that are fast. It was noticeable how much faster he was than everyone else. He is not a small guy either
