Happy New Year’s to you and yours.
I hope the DC job is a home run hire.
Go Tigers!!!

In reference to staff changes, what are you hearing about special teams

Clemson was near the bottom of the pack in just about every category

We traded 10 yards of field position to the opponent every punt exchange

We struggled for multiple games to protect field goals

Our decisions to fair catch (or not) on punts and ko’s constantly left me scratching my head

Seemed the antithesis of a coordinated effort

Do you see a structural or personnel change coming there?

We've been wondering about that for years.

There hasn't been that many seasons that special teams haven't been a concern!!!

Great points.
It’s time to add a full time Special Teams Coordinator. No other responsibilities.

Yes, Dabo doesn't have any "Friends and Family" that can coach FG protection? Would be nice if he could discover one.

would it be fair to say " his best hires don't come from within***

Yep, time to end friends and family.

Dabo was an in house hire. Worked out great. Just saying 😊

And a large percentage of the coaches during our championship runs were from in house. I would rather see an outside hire, but just because the more recent inside hires haven't panned out we seem to forget that some worked out pretty well.

Yes, that would be very fair to say.***

Yes .. We need experienced coaches, not “OJT” Coaches/former players/friends and family…

Hope we get some good news on January 6th as Wes Goodwin gets some bad news.

Enjoyed watching the Texas/Arizona State game. Don't talk to me about resilience and belief Dabo. Your team hasn't shown that type of poise and effort the entire year. I'm not referring to the players either. I'm referring to your elementary coaching staff including you Dabo. Get your head out of your ### and bring in those type of coaches. Obviously your way doesn't come close to working. Making dreams come true for these assistants of yours is really selfish on your part. But whatever, they got their million or so for doing an average job. Move on and bring in some real coaches. It's your job buddy.
