to Dabo and Wes. You know he's studied them intently and him and Dabo are still buddies. He couldn't get it done with his squad this year, but he got them last year. He has a vested interest in seeing TX fail. If Brent doesn't reach out himself, if I'm Dabo, I make that phone call. Wes could use all the help he can get.

And with Bama also losing 2 MORE games (Auburn and Vandy) why there was even considering putting them above SMU.

Unfortunately, Auburn did not beat Alabammer, but Tennessee did. Lost to Vandy and TN in the same year and still almost made the playoff.

Well, since Texas beat Oklahoma 34-3, I am not sure Coach V would be much help.

Why not, it's always easier to see the mistakes made and the corrections that should have been made after a game....win or lose. If Coach V gave a tip or 2 I think Dabo would take it.

OK was also down a ton of starters to injuries during that stretch, they played SC with 5 starters out on offense as well

Texas has scored 49, 30, and 34 points while gaining 585, 527, and 406 yards against OU since BV took over. Not sure he's the guy we want tips from.

he could give dabo and wes the texas plays before the snap and they still wouldnt know what to do with it. Wes still defends his decision to bench Brown against USUCK!! Wes and DABO (with the assistants that made him who he is) have no clue how to manage player personnel and design defenses at this level.
