With this FSU QB situation

I'm glad they put Francois as the starter. I think he's pretty bad as a player as well as a roll model for the team off the field and for a true freshman at 160 pounds I think Blackmon over performed and could only get better.

58% completion isn't exactly "very good" especially with the fact he had Dalvin Cook in the backfield and Auden Tate, Kermit Whittfield, Bobo Wilson, Travis Rudolph as targets at WR and a good TE in Ryan Izzo.

He averaged 8.4 YPA which is quite good.

Don't just look at completion %, it's nearly useless on it's own.

Clearly stated I thought Blackmon over performed and would only get better. Fully read, think, then respond. I'm sorry if me thinking 1.5 TD's a game and 280 yards is "good"

Given that Francois' stats were better in his freshman year than Blackman's, I would have to conclude that Francois' with more years in college football would definitely be the better option over Blackman. Also, given Blackman's slender frame I would worry about injury if they want to run the QB (I understand Francois did get hurt, but I think it was more of a fluke play).
If Blackman did in fact "overperform" last year, then there's no way to know if he would overperform again this year.

They list him on their roster as 215 pounds. I’m sure he put on some lbs put cone on!

Clemson knocked the shitz out of Francois 2 years ago and guy kept coming back. He's tough.

Francois was the no doubt starter. Don’t think there

Was much of a decision for Taggart on that one. Blackmon will be pretty good but Francois is head and shoulders better unlessthe injury recovery didn’t go well.
