Ok..... He has interviewed....got the experience of the interview....so if he wants to stay at Clemson, why doesn't he withdraw his name from consideration for the job at NC State?

So that is not a logical question to ask since most of you say he only did it to gain experience? Come on guys.... open your freakin eyes. If he is offerred a job and he thinks it would be in the best interest for him and his family; then he is gone. Thats called betting your career. Yeah, it would suck to lose him, but why wish a guy was here who clearly wanted something else that was better for himself and his family?

When the media gets a hold of it they can slander him and say how wishy washy he is and yada yada yada and only making it harder for him in the future to be seriously considered for jobs?

can't refuse then he may take it...lets not be unrealistic here...he wants to be a HC one day and if you're not striking while the irons hot then you're in jeopardy of missing out. Give him at least a week to think about it. That Dykes guy may get offered by another school and take another job and that leaves CM with a big decision to make.
